Wake-Up Pilates

with Chris Alt

Pilates helps you to stay beautiful, slim and smooth – in this workshop, fitness coach Chris shows you effective exercises to improve your posture, flatten your stomach and strengthen your back. This training will not only task your superficial muscles but also those deep ones close to the spinal column. While performing floating and dynamic moves you will focus on keeping your breathing in line with your body. This helps you to stay calm but at the same time trains your muscles efficiently. The perfect way to start your day energized and delightfully exhausted! Please bring a towel, comfortable sports clothes and water with you – we will train barefooted. First come, first served.
