No matter which pace, no matter which level of fitness – everyone is welcome to this laid-back wake-up runners' rendezvous with personal and athletics coach Sarah. Together you will go on a little tour on the levee. You will start at a moderate pace, with a short interval training in the middle and finally there will be a light jog towards the end. Sarah is happy to answer all of your questions afterwards. You are encouraged to bring your own heart rate monitor, if available.
