Maybe you heard about “parkour” and always wanted to figure out what it means? Or this trend sport is totally new to you? Perfect, since parkour is learning by doing: a fun way to effectively and safely overcome an obstacle, which can range from bicycle-stands in front of your entry door, benches in parks, walls on waysides to stones and trees as well.
In this beginners workshop you will learn the basic techniques that enable you to move your body in a totally different way. Starting with a mutual warm-up, Mona teaches you different parkour techniques, such as jumps, vaults, the parkour roll or balancing techniques, which you will practice subsequently. If the weather is fine and the obstacles are not too slippery from, the practice will take place outside. Besides a good pair of sport shoes the only equipment you need is your own body and the curiosity to learn new movements! This parkour training is suitable for everyone – but please notice that it is first come, first served!
