You would like to start vividly and healthy into summer season? You do a lot of sports and want to make sure your body gets everything it needs, even if challenged by heat and a high loss of fluids? Then this workshop with personal trainer and nutrition coach Sarah is perfect for you!
In a cosy apartment atmosphere Sarah first gives you some theoretical facts about sports and nutrition, and afterwards you will get to the practical part by learning how to make a nice fresh salad or a delicious homemade smoothie with little effort, containing all important components for doing sports during summer. If you are active a lot in the heat, your body loses plenty of vitamins and minerals that need to be replaced with the help of a healthy nutrition plan. While you are preparing dishes together, feel free to ask all questions you have in mind before you can enjoy what you created together! All required ingredients are provided on-site – but please notice that the „first come, first served“ rule applies to this workshop also.
