Are you strong enough for the L-BEACH bootcamp? Then become a „bootie“ and let personal trainer Sarah warm you up efficiently at this open-air bootcamp, held at the beach on the Baltic coastline! All your muscles will be tasked to the limit: Together as a group you will perform exercises like quats, push-ups and different jumping and coordination exercises. And of course Sarah will also take care of your abdominal muscels and let them burn properly! Afterwards there will be a stretching phase. The training excercises will be performed with your own body weight as well as with small equipment like dumbbells or small exercise balls. Get fit for action!
