You need a lot of energy for a festival weekend like L-BEACH – but luckily we offer a whole variety of training courses and workshops to help you improve your stamina and concentration and do something for your health. Moreover, you can recharge your batteries for the remaining program at the same time.
For example, our Kundalini expert Maja Gorges will show you how you can strengthen your body awareness and your perception with various breathing and meditation techniques. Katharina Kickinger offers you an introduction to progressive muscle relaxation with, Or try out pitaba. What is it? Quite simply: pitaba stands for "Pilates tanzt Ballet" ("Pilates does ballet") and combines elements of both sports to a training suitable for beginners that strengthens the deep muscles and improves posture and movement – definitely not something for prima ballerinas only! Katharina also offers "classic" Pilates, where you can do your muscles some good with exercises, stretching and conscious breathing. On your mats, get set, go!
All courses are suitable for participants without prior knowledge. You need no special equipment, only comfortable clothes.
